Smalti strata glass… kinda like traditional Smalti but WAY different
For those who wish to process a LARGE piece of Strata Glass to whatever size/shape you need. Smooth and shiny on one side while the flip side has a matte finish. These slabs are 5X5 inches, weigh approx 15 oz and are approximately 1 cm (.4 inches) in thickness. Suggest scoring and breaking over a hardie for the first cuts, then easily break down into smaller bits with hammer/hardie or nippers.
